Lotus, the legendary British sports car manufacturer, has officially launched its first-ever SUV, the Eletre, in India. This long-awaited arrival marks a new chapter for the brand and signals its ambition to enter the rapidly growing electric vehicle market.
Exhilarating Performance and Striking Design:
The Eletre boasts impressive performance figures, thanks to its dual electric motors and a massive 112kWh battery pack. With a combined output of 930bhp and 1,000Nm of torque, it can rocket from 0-100km/h in just 2.95 seconds, placing it firmly in the territory of hypercars.
Visually, the Eletre stands out with its unique and futuristic design. The boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, low-set headlamps, and imposing front fascia create a bold and aggressive presence. The sculpted bodywork, featuring flared wheel arches and 21-inch wheels, further accentuates its athletic stance.
