Maserati has officially announced plans to launch the new GranTurismo in India by June 2024, with the added introduction of the all-electric Folgore variant by the end of the same year. The GranTurismo will be equipped with a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, producing 483 BHP and 600 Nm in the base trim. The Trofeo version, a high-performance variant with the same engine in a higher state of tune, delivers 550 BHP and 650 Nm, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and achieving a top speed of 320 km/h. Both variants feature all-wheel drive as standard.

Additionally, Maserati’s all-electric Folgore variant boasts a tri-motor setup, producing 751 BHP and 1,350 Nm. With a 92.5 kWh battery pack, the EV offers a range of up to 450 km. Maserati claims the Folgore can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.7 seconds, with a top speed of 325 km/h. The new GranTurismo draws design inspiration from the MC20 supercar, featuring a distinctive grille, classic gills on the fenders, and a sporty yet elegant cabin with modern technology elements.
