MG Motor India marks its centenary year with the introduction of revised prices for its 2024 model range. The automaker has launched the entry-level Executive trim of the ZS EV in the country at Rs. 18.98 lakh (ex-showroom), positioned below the Excite variant. This new trim offers a cost-saving of up to Rs. 1 lakh compared to the previous entry-level Excite variant.
The ZS EV Executive retains its original battery and powertrain configuration, featuring a 50.3kWh battery pack that enables the motor to generate 173bhp and 280Nm of torque. Charging from 0-80 percent takes approximately 60 minutes using a 50kW DC fast charger, and it boasts an ARAI-certified range of up to 461km on a single fully charged battery.
Additionally, MG has adjusted the prices of its compact EV offering, the Comet EV. The entry-level Pace variant now sees a reduction of Rs. 1 lakh, while the Play and Plush variants are now more affordable by Rs. 1.40 lakh.
