Since its introduction in October 2021 with a starting price of Rs. 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the Tata Punch B-SUV has reached a significant production milestone of three lakh units in India. Priced from Rs. 6 lakh onwards for the entry-level Pure MT variant, the Punch has gained popularity in the market.
Having previously marked milestones of one lakh units in August and two lakh units in May 2023, the celebratory unit for the three lakh mark features a dual-tone finish in Tornado Blue with a white roof. The Tata Punch is available in four variants – Pure, Adventure, Accomplished, and Creative, offering customers a choice of seven vibrant colors.
Under the hood, the Hyundai Exter rival is equipped with a 1.2-litre, NA petrol engine, providing power through a five-speed manual unit or an AMT unit. Additionally, customers have the option of a CNG version, further enhancing the Punch’s appeal in the market.
