Toyota’s Rebranded Maruti eVX Electric SUV Concept Revealed

Toyota has unveiled a new Concept mid-size SUV, which is set to be part of the brand’s upcoming BEV lineup. Referred to simply as the SUV Concept, it shares its genetic makeup with the recently presented Maruti Suzuki eVX slated for production next year.

The electric SUV’s dimensions closely mirror those of the eVX, measuring at 4,300mm in length, 1,820mm in width, and 1,620mm in height, with an anticipated wheelbase of 2,700mm. The Concept exhibits a robust presence, featuring full-width LED DRLs, a front fender-mounted charging flap, and prominent plastic cladding.

The rear of the Concept showcases stylish elements, including a split roof-mounted spoiler, a C-pillar hinged door handle, and LED tail lamps connected by an illuminated stripe. Upon its future release, this electric SUV (eSUV) will be available in both front and all-wheel-drive configurations.

Although specific details on specifications are yet to be disclosed by Toyota, it is anticipated that the vehicle will be equipped with a 60kWh battery pack, offering an estimated driving range of 550km.
