Tata Motors is set to unveil an updated version of the Curvv concept at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. Unlike the variant showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo, this iteration will be equipped with a diesel engine, delivering 113 bhp from a 1.5-liter capacity.
According to official images released by Tata, the SUV coupe will display several design enhancements. Notable changes include extended LED lightbars resembling those found on the Nexon, a black-finished grille, redesigned headlamp and foglamp housings, and a revamped bumper with a faux skid plate element.
Regarding size, Tata has disclosed that the Curvv measures 4,308 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,630 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,560 mm. It offers a spacious 422-liter boot capacity.
Although interior images for the 2024 concept haven’t been revealed yet, Tata assures a “modern and uncluttered” cabin equipped with “state-of-the-art” technologies, including a panoramic glass roof.
As for powertrain options, Tata now introduces a third variant for the Curvv concept – a 1.4-liter turbo-diesel engine, generating 113 bhp and 260 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The Curvv, initially showcased as an all-electric concept, is expected to launch in both internal combustion and electric versions by the end of 2024.
