Ather Energy has revealed its plan to implement a 60-minute vehicle service facility, known as ExpressCare, in 50 locations by March 2024. This service, which comes at an additional cost of Rs. 125 to Rs. 150 over the regular service, has been piloted at selected dealerships for the past two months, with over 2,000 Ather owners having already utilized it. Currently operational in 20 service centers across 11 major cities, ExpressCare aims to expedite the service process by deploying two mechanics working in tandem, ensuring a comprehensive scooter service within a 60-minute timeframe. Ather’s Chief Business Officer, Ravneet Singh Phokela, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing a seamless service experience and mentioned plans for introducing more services in the coming months to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the service centers offer an appointment system, allowing customers to reserve service bays in advance for added convenience.
