Hyundai India has unveiled the pricing details for the new Sportz (O) variant of the i20 hatchback, positioned between the Sportz and Asta variants. Priced at Rs. 8.73 lakh (ex-showroom), this optional variant is available with manual gearbox options and comes in both single and dual-tone color choices, with the latter priced slightly higher at Rs. 8.88 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Sportz (O) variant commands a premium of Rs. 35,000 over the standard Sportz trim and offers three additional features: a wireless charger, leatherette finish on the door armrest, and an electrically adjustable sunroof.
Powering the Hyundai i20 is a 1.2-liter NA petrol engine paired with a five-speed manual and an iVT unit, delivering 82bhp and 115Nm of peak torque.
In addition to the new Sportz (O) variant, the i20 lineup includes five other variants: Era, Magna, Sportz, Asta, and Asta (O), with prices ranging from Rs. 7.04 lakh to Rs. 11.21 lakh (ex-showroom).
