Maruti Suzuki to Increase Prices Across Its Portfolio From January 2024

Estimated read time 1 min read

Maruti Suzuki has announced a forthcoming increase in vehicle prices, effective January 2024. The automaker, without specifying the extent of the price adjustment, attributes the hike to rising input costs influenced by general inflation and increased commodity prices.

Presently, Maruti Suzuki offers 17 models in India through its Arena and Nexa outlets. This diverse lineup includes popular models such as Wagon R, Celerio, S-Presso, Swift, Alto, Dzire, Brezza, Ertiga, Eeco, Baleno, Ciaz, Ignis, Grand Vitara, Fronx, XL6, Jimny, and the recently launched Invicto.

It’s noteworthy that Maruti Suzuki has three new models in the pipeline for the upcoming years, namely the all-new Swift, eVX, and the electric variant of the Wagon R, the eWX. While the former two models are anticipated to make their debut in 2024, details regarding the timeline for the eWX remain undisclosed.
