Royal Enfield has officially launched its Reown program, providing a platform for both existing and first-time buyers to purchase used Royal Enfield bikes. The Reown initiative, which was trademarked a few months ago, aims to offer a trusted marketplace for pre-owned motorcycles.

Key Highlights:

Warranty and Services: Bikes bought through the Reown program will be serviced by authorized Royal Enfield dealers, ensuring a thorough quality check before reaching customers. Additionally, these pre-owned bikes will come with a company warranty and two free services, providing added peace of mind to buyers.

Seller Opportunities: The Reown program is not limited to buyers; existing Royal Enfield customers can also sell their motorcycles through this platform. This opens up opportunities for the community to engage in the resale market.

Accessibility and Trust: Royal Enfield CEO, B Govindarajan, emphasized that Reown addresses the challenges of accessibility and trust that customers often face when buying pre-owned motorcycles. The wide retail network and extensive ecosystem of Enfield collectors and workshops contribute to ensuring quality and brand assurance.

Availability: Currently, the Reown program is operational in major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai. This strategic expansion aims to cater to a diverse customer base.

Quote from Royal Enfield CEO:
“We see Reown as an initiative to address the issue of accessibility and trust that customers have when purchasing pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycles. We believe this initiative will usher in a new set of customers into Royal Enfield’s class-leading motorcycle line-up, and into our world of Pure Motorcycling.”

This move by Royal Enfield reflects a commitment to enhancing accessibility and instilling confidence in the pre-owned motorcycle market, welcoming enthusiasts to experience the brand’s legacy of Pure Motorcycling.
