Xiaomi, the global tech manufacturer, has officially introduced its inaugural all-electric sedan, the SU7, on the international stage. The sedan made its debut at the brand’s EV Technology Launch event held in Beijing, China.
The Xiaomi SU7 will be available in three variants: SU7, SU7 Pro, and SU7 Max, and it will come in three distinct exterior paint options—Aqua Blue, Mineral Gray, and Verdant Green.
Externally, the SU7 boasts a sleek silhouette designed with a focus on aerodynamics. The front end features teardrop-style LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, a closed-off grille, and black elements around the lower grille and bumper.
Moving to the sides, the sedan showcases a sloping roofline, impressive 20-inch dual-tone alloy wheels with yellow-colored brake calipers, LIDAR sensors on the fender, and flush door handles. At the rear, the profile is accentuated by a connected LED tail lights setup, prominently displaying the Xiaomi logo in bold letters.
In terms of mechanics, the Xiaomi SU7 offers two battery pack options: a 73.6 kWh and a 101kWh unit with CTB-integrated technology. These advanced battery units claim an impressive range of up to 668 km and 800km, respectively.
For charging, the model supports 800V hypercharge technology, enabling the battery pack to gain up to 550 km of range in just 15 minutes. The sedan is available with both single and dual motor setups, delivering a power output of up to 295bhp and 400 Nm of torque. In its optimal configuration, the SU7 can accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in just 2.78 seconds and boasts a top speed of 265 kmph.
