Indian sports management company Kankanala Sports Group is set to debut a team named INDE Racing in the upcoming 2024 season of the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup, an electric motorcycle off-road racing series. The team will feature riders Aishwarya Pissay, six-time Indian National Rally Champion, alongside international riders Spenser Wilton and reigning E-Xplorer champion Sandra Gomez. INDE Racing aims to participate in all races throughout the season, with the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup expanding to Asia this year. India will host the season finale from November 29 to December 1, marking a significant development for the country in the electric motorcycle racing scene. The team is still seeking an Indian male rider to complete its roster and has partnered with KTM34 garage for rider training and bike tuning. The FIM E-Xplorer World Cup features electric motocross bikes and promotes gender equality, sustainability, and innovation in motorsports.
